Information Obligation

In its clause, IBDiM, pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), provides information for persons who have submitted personal data to IBDiM for the purpose of performance of a contract/order/application, participation in a recruitment process or training, obtaining information/opinions, or for another purpose specified in the submitted correspondence.

Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

Your personal data will be processed to ensure lawful performance of a contract/order/application, participation in a recruitment process or training, obtaining information/opinions, or for another purpose specified in the submitted correspondence. Processing is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (recruitment, training), Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (contract/order/application), and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (obtaining information/opinions or other specified purposes).

Recipients of Personal Data

Recipients to whom your personal data may be disclosed include parties participating in a given order/process/proceeding and/or competent authorities authorized to handle the matter under applicable law, to whom the Controller will transfer your data.

Data Retention Period

We will store your personal data until the matter for which the data were collected has been resolved and subsequently – where required by the Act of 14 July 1983 on the national archival resources and archives (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 553, 730 as amended) – for the period specified in the relevant regulations in the Uniform Records Retention Schedule of IBDiM. This period will not be longer than necessary to protect the legitimate interests of IBDiM. For concluded contracts (orders), this period ensures the possibility of using the data throughout the entire life cycle of the product/construction object that is the subject of the contract (order).

Rights of Data Subjects

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data and obtain a copy thereof; rectify and supplement your data if they are incorrect or outdated, as well as request their deletion where processing is not carried out for a legitimate purpose; restrict processing or object to the processing of your data; and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: Personal Data Protection Office, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw).
