CONCRETE DIVISION

Scope of activities:

laboratory and field research work on:

  • materials and technologies used in the construction of concrete pavements and engineering structures,

  • innovative materials and technologies used in the construction of concrete road pavements and engineering structures,

  • development and implementation of new laboratory testing methods for materials used in transport infrastructure engineering,

development of new technical regulations for use in the domestic road industry:

  • technical assessments for materials and innovative products not covered by Polish and European standards,

  • catalogues of typical concrete pavement structures,

quality control testing of materials (concrete, repair mortars, precast concrete road products),

expert work on:

  • quality of materials for concrete pavements and engineering structures,

  • technology and quality of work performance.


CONCRETE LABORATORY

 

The Concrete Laboratory performs testing of:

  • concrete mixtures and concretes, and the effects of additives and admixtures on the properties of concrete used in transport infrastructure construction,

  • mortars used in transport infrastructure construction,

  • pre-fabricated products and concrete products used in transport infrastructure construction.

  • other tests.
