PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING NOTICE
In the IBDiM clause, in accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of the general regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 679/ 2016 on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), information is presented for those who have provided personal data to the IBDiM in order to perform a contract/order/application, participate in a recruitment procedure, training, receive information/opinion, or any other purpose specified in the correspondence sent.

Purposes and grounds for processing
Your personal data shall be processed in order to ensure the performance of a contract/order/application in accordance with applicable regulations, to participate in a recruitment or training procedure, to receive information/opinions or for any other purpose specified in the correspondence sent. Processing arises from the GDPR obligations, Article 6(1)(a) (recruitment, training), (b), (f) (contract/order/application), (c) (receipt of information / opinion / or for other purpose).
Recipients of personal data
Recipients to whom your personal data may be made available may be parties involved in given order/process/proceedings and/or bodies competent to handle a given case under the law to which the Controller forwards your data.
Data retention period
We shall retain your personal data until the matter for which they were collected has been resolved and then, where required by the provisions of the Act of 14 July 1983 on the national archival resource and archives (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 553, 730 as amended) – for the period of time specified under these regulations in the IBDiM’s Uniform Material List of Files. This time is no longer than necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the IBDiM. For a concluded contract (order), this time ensures that the data can be used throughout the life cycle of the product/work that is the subject of the contract (order).
Data subjects’ rights under the GDPR
Pursuant to the GDPR you shall be entitled to:
- the right to access your data and to receive a copy thereof;
- the right to rectify and complete your data if they are erroneous or outdated, as well as the right to erase them if the data processing does not serve a legitimate purpose;
- the right to restrict or object to the data processing; the right to raise a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (to the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
